Famous hairstylist Javed Habib has apologized for the controversial ad. Habib has posted a video on Twitter and said that the ad was released by a 'partner', not his company. For this, 'partner' did not even take permission from him.
Habib said that his motive was not to hurt anyone's feelings. If someone's feelings hurt the advertisement then he apologizes. It was shown in this ad that Goddess Durga, Saraswati, Lakshmi, Lord Ganesh and Kartikeya Habib have been resting in the beauty parlor. The tag line of add was, 'God also comes in JH Salon.'
Many people objected to this ad. Some people had said that Habib has deliberately created such an advertisement. Habib was strongly criticized especially on social media.
Habib later apologized by releasing the video and then posted a good luck message about Durga Puja on Twitter. In this, Habib once again expressed regret about his controversial ad.
